Terms & Conditions

• EFA India shall provide the consultancy service to its Registered candidate(s) in the educational arena only and their scope of work would be only and only restricted to providing information to the Registered candidate regarding admission in the college or colleges opted by them.

• The service charge which is to be paid by the Registered candidate to EFA India in the form of Cash/D.D. or Cheque directly to the office of EFA India.

• EFA India after the receipt of full and final payment shall provide every possible consultancy service to the Registered candidate and the Registered candidate shall avail the service rendered by EFA India.

• If the Registered candidate withdraws, the total service charge will be forfeited and he/she shall be debarred from claiming any right against EFA India.

• The Registered Registered candidate shall not be permitted to raise any objection against EFA India regarding the payment made by them which may be actually incurred in the process of consultancy.

• Once the name of the course and the College/University is chosen by the Registered Candidate, the same cannot be changed in future unless also agreed by the EFA India.

• The Registered candidate shall not be entitled to disturb EFA India in any manner in case of inability to perform service by EFA India due to non-eligibility of the Registered candidate/ client/customer(s) or any refusal to be made by the institution.

• Documents are received in good faith. However, documents are routinely verified for veracity. If any document is found to be altered in any way or untrue as to its contents, the application will be cancelled, all documents and fees will be retained, and all deemed to be interested parties will be notified.

• EFA India reserves the right to use in our promotional efforts comments made by Registered candidat email, in person, or over the phone; however, their full name will not be used. This will be in the form of client testimonials as presented on our website and in advertising materials. The Registered candidate can request at any time that their comments not be used, or removed from our website or advertising materials.

• Limitation of Liability : EFA India, its editors, owners, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or licensers are Not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any way related to this service or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors or omission, interruptions or any other inaccuracies (including without limitation as a result of breach of any warranty or other term of this agreement). A client's remedy for claim shall be limited to the amount he/she has paid, if any, to us for use of any services provided by us provided proof of claim is demonstrated.

• Indemnification : The candidate agrees to indemnify and hold EFA India, its editors, employees, subsidiaries, officers, agents and affiliates free from any claim or demand, including reasonable fees and costs for the service of an attorney, or as may be made by any third party due to or arising from use of the service or website, or violation by the client, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by the client.

• Disputes are subject to Jamshedpur Courts Jurisdiction only.

• The applicant’s signature on the counselling receipt indicates agreement with the terms and conditions.
